My name is Anja Staugaard Jensen, and I am a lawyer and co-founder of Staugaard Flor Advokater.
I have worked with employment and labour law for more than 25 years – both as an adviser, negotiator, and trusted sparring partner for companies and executives who value legal precision, sharp solutions, and human insight in equal measure.
I hold a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University (2000) and began my career at Kromann Reumert, where I helped establish the firm’s Copenhagen employment law practice.
Later, I became a partner at Accura Law Firm, where I spent nearly a decade heading the employment law department and advising Danish and international clients at the highest professional level.
