How can I help you?

I can help you with many of the things you need to get done, which might not be at the top of the agenda in a busy day, where you might occasionally find yourself hopping from one thing to another.

I can help you get an overview of: The next logical step, so we together build up a sensible document base and get things organized and in order. I can help you with:

  • The ownership agreement or partnership contract
  • Incentive schemes for the employees you need to hire, but who should be paid a higher salary than you can afford!
  • Employment contracts
  • The staff handbook
  • Sparring about all kinds of challenges that can arise when working with employees: Performance issues, absenteeism, cooperation difficulties, development, and motivation.

How do I work?

I have in-depth knowledge of all legal aspects relevant to a director’s contract and cash or stock-based incentive programs. This I combine with my more than 20 years of experience and commercial insight.

I will never just tell you what you want to hear, and my advice will always include my assessment of your wishes in relation to general Danish market conditions. I will tell you if, in my best judgment, your wishes are too ambitious, but of course also if they are too modest.

I speak ‘private equity language’ and have many years of experience in finding solutions and solving problems if they arise.

I can help you in all phases; both in creating the best possible strategy, implementing it, assisting you to negotiate yourself, or taking over the negotiation if that’s what you desire.
