Throughout her career, Signe has specialized in the specific rights and obligations applicable to public servants.

She also serves as counsel for civil servants and ministers called to give evidence before investigative and inquiry commissions.

Signe has been — or continues to be — appointed as counsel in several high-profile cases, including the Mink Commission, the Tax Commission, and FE Commission II.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution
With more than 15 years of experience as a litigator, Signe has conducted a large number of cases before both the district courts and the High Courts in a wide range of legal areas.
Within employment law, her experience includes cases concerning unfair dismissal, bonus schemes, interpretation of collective agreements, discrimination, summary dismissal, and executive contracts.

She also has extensive experience representing clients before the Danish Board of Equal Treatment.

Other Areas of Expertise
